On March 5, 2020, Fuu officially obtained the long-awaited AFNOR certification for its two nicotine salt brands: MiNiMAL and BLEND. This certification is important to our company because it rewards our work and guarantees that the nicotine salt eliquids that we manufacture are high quality.

Why have some of our nicotine salt collection certified by AFNOR?
In France, Fuu is a historical figure in the electronic cigarette market. As you may know, we have been formulating and packaging our eliquids in our Parisian laboratory since 2013. Fuu was one of the first to obtain the AFNOR certification for some of its historical collections (Silver, Gold, Fuug Life and its DIY bases).
In 2018, Fuu launched the first nicotine salt collection on the French market: MiNiMAL. Like any innovation, this new form of nicotine had raised many questions and reservations. By obtaining the AFNOR certification for our MiNiMAL and BLEND collection, Fuu is proving that it is possible to meet the standard requirements, specifically for this type of product.

MiNiMAL & BLEND: effective e-liquids to cease smoking
By existing for nearly 7 years, Fuu has an interesting perspective to evaluate its products and innovate to increase the chances of quitting smoking successfully.
Fuu started from an observation: “traditional” eliquids with a high level of nicotine that induce a very noticeable throat hit. This factor, called “the hit”, could be sought by some smokers, but it prevents others from vaping their eliquids.
It is by this logic that led Fuu to analyze both the needs of smokers and vapers in order to innovate by developing formulas with nicotine salts.
This form of nicotine has the virtue of reducing the sensation of throat hit. This also allows many smokers to vape with a high nicotine level, without coughing.
In 2019, Fuu went even further with BLEND by precisely working on throat hit. The formulations allow you to adjust the "hit" and offer a different vaping experience with an identical nicotine level (20 mg / ml).
