The launch of the Apogee clearomizer, originally scheduled for June 25th, has been delayed by Titanide to late September 2024. The reason? An issue with machining that has led us to send back the first batch to the manufacturer.
The Apogee clearomizer was awarded Best Atomizer at the Vapexpo Awards 2024. This accolade, along with the excellent feedback from customers on the prototypes presented at Vapexpo, has confirmed the interest in offering a high-quality MTL and RDL clearomizer with careful craftsmanship and a 5-year warranty.
Our commitment to quality led us to reject the delivery of the first batch, which was in production since Vapexpo. We identified a machining defect that does not meet our specifications and prevents us from commercializing the received products. We are working with our industrial subcontractor to correct this issue and prepare flawless products. Therefore, the launch of the Apogee clearomizer is postponed to late September 2024.
On a positive note, the received products are even more beautiful than the prototypes and confirm our choice of surface treatment for the stainless steel version. The sandblasting of stainless steel yields excellent results. Here is a photo of the finish achieved by this technique, which gives a true texture to the steel and effectively prevents marks and stains better than a polished mirror finish.
